Most homeowners walk into a renovation or new build with a clear picture in their head and very little knowledge of how the industry actually works. That is not a criticism - it is just not your world. But it is mine.

I spent years working inside one of Australia's most prestigious property developers, where I was involved in residential and mixed-use projects at a scale and standard that most people in the industry never see. I understand how builders think, how designs get translated - and sometimes lost - between drawing and build, and what the decision points are that actually determine the outcome of a project.

I started Aegis because I kept seeing the same thing: people making significant financial and lifestyle decisions without access to the kind of knowledge that was just normal to me. Not because they were not smart or capable - but because nobody had explained how any of it worked.

Aegis is that explanation. And the guidance, and the clarity, and the confidence that comes with actually understanding what you are looking at.

My focus is the interior - what your home looks like, how the spaces feel, how the materials and finishes work together, how the joinery is detailed. I work alongside your builder and architect on that layer, making sure the interior decisions are right.
